It is my mission to collaborate with individuals who are experiencing difficult emotions to create healthy and mindful ways to manage those emotions in order to live more joyous and fulfilling lives.

Individual therapy services
I provide individual services to adults dealing with a variety of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, and grief and loss. I work with people to develop healthy ways to cope, set realistic goals, and make meaning in their lives. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based CBT, and Cognitive Reprocessing Therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and feel passionately about helping others heal from trauma.

Finding the right therapist for you and building a therapeutic connection is important. I have been providing individual therapy services for over 2 years but have over 10 years of providing social work services to individuals and families. When I am not working I am spending time with my kiddos, reading a book, spending time outside, or listening to a podcast.
